Effective August 2026. This policy describes what PXE Group collects through this website and how it is used. The short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to respond and to run our business, and we do not sell it.

Who We Are

PXE Group ("PXE", "we") is the trade name of PXE Infrastructure Inc., which operates this website. PXE is a brokerage for AI and mining hardware with infrastructure divisions in powered-site brokerage and energy offtake, based in North America. Contact: hello@pxegroup.ai.

What We Collect

Information you send us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive what you provide: name, company, email address, and the details of your inquiry (for example equipment specs, fleet lists, megawatts, or timelines).

Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operations. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and we do not set marketing cookies.

How We Use It

To respond to your inquiry, to conduct the business you have asked us about, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to maintain our records. Inquiries are stored in our customer relationship management system.

Confidentiality of Deal Information

Deal-related information — fleets, sites, requirements, counterparty details — is treated as commercially confidential, consistent with how our brokerage operates. We do not disclose one client’s identity or deal information to another. Where a non-disclosure agreement is in place, its terms govern.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers that operate our infrastructure (hosting, CRM, email), with professional advisers where required, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep inquiry and transaction records for as long as needed for the business relationship and for legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Requests to hello@pxegroup.ai — we respond within one business day and resolve requests within the timelines required by applicable law.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revision date at the top of this page changes with it.
